午不会下雨了。
云层在往NE移动，下午可能Houston没有云层会经过了。

Austin周六下雨的机会就有50+%了。
我还是乐观的估计，Houston周六下午应该只是cloudy。-- see below, "Saturday's Cougars football game probably will remain dry, with temperatures in the 70s."
