He prepared contract very quickly and have been very helpful.
He never pushed us and has been patient. and he offered higher rebate than
other realtors.
cons: he is a part time agent, so he can only show you home on weekend. and
he may be tied up with his own work schedule during regular business hours.
overall: we like higher rebate and think his service worth the money he
received.
