I would say for every 5-8 years you should paint your house outside.
I just used this guy last spring (phone 832-771-3691). He and his parter did a nice job, and with a reasonable price. He can also do some repair (changing some wood board, etc.).

听610广播说过，现在的基本就是水泥板，不需要刷漆维护。当然如果目的是美容例外。
你家如果还是老的木板之类的话，每5－8年就要刷一次油漆。
