Tried美南新闻. Got over 20 phones calls, mostly not good.
We are looking for good nanny referred by previous employer.

硬性的指标is the easy part, its the loving and caring personality and work
attitude that is why I am asking for recommendations here.
Nobody want a nanny that ONLY cares about herself and the money right ? |

Add another 20% to the salary you told them, you have much better chance to

and so does everyone of us
我觉得不管她内心care 不care，她只要能do her job with our satisfaction就行了
我既然付钱给人家，这就是个金钱的交易，要是谈感情，起码要在给了人家机会以后才
知道。
希望你能够尽快找到好保姆，我搭车也找一个，美南也登了新闻了，目前还没有找到
找4pm-7pm做饭的保姆，第一二次9块一小时，敲定以后10块一小时，谢谢！

themselves and money... but to be a good nanny you will have to also truly
care about the well being of the baby... which is the one most imporatnt
requirement of the job ! Don't you agree ?
Most nannies out there just don't understand what the hell being a nanny is
about.
we actually tell our nanny to make sure she take cares of her daily needs
first so she can take good care of the baby. We don;t want her to have a
heart attack or fainted from over working either. |

只是来做饭。在daycare里面一切都是透明的，老师有同事监督，不会乱来。
我无法信任任何人，所以我完全懂得你的苦衷
但是这就是现实，只能去接受他，哈哈

她人很好，看的也仔细，很有经验，不过她不会开车，得送孩子去他们家，还有了，就
是现在不能Available，她需要等自己的儿媳妇做完月子才能开始接新的活儿。儿媳妇
是4月份Due。 |

发帖数: 637 | 20 1. 找保姆不如直接送DAYCARE. 除非正好有老人探亲, 并且就住在你附近.
不然, 人家带总不如自己带. 你总会看着不满意的.
休斯顿DAYCARE 的费用一般在800~1700之间.
我个人建议, 送DAYCARE好, 小朋友之间有个玩伴, 比和大人好.
唯一的就是, 初送DAYCARE , 肯定小孩要生很多病, 找个能应急保姆, 邻居或自己
轮流请假, 比较符合实际.
2. 还有一位同学, 10元钱想请人做饭, 这个价格太不靠谱了
25-35是比较合理的价格, 或许有人做.
