-- Very experienced. Checked me my first visit and estimated gestational
stage (myself couldn't give an accurate estimate at the time), which
precisely matched the ultrasound result.
-- Take the patient's interest into heart. I didn't have too many
complication, but when a concern arises, she always gave a candid evaluation
of the situation and gave me good suggestions. For some concerns I pushed
for a C-section but she convinced me otherwise. She was right.
-- Patience. Some other places the OB only sees the patient on alternative
visits -- the other half covered by the nurse; but Dr. Summers sees her
patient every visit. If no questions, regular check is fast; however
whenever I had a question, I never felt she was rushing in answering the
concerns or becoming impatient if I pushed for more details.
Dr. Summers is a down-to-earth and kind person, a trustworthy OB/GYN. The
only con visiting her office is waiting time: she's a busy OB, and she
answers other patients' question patiently; that means my waiting time could
be much longer than scheduled.
You can check her review online. All the patients giving feedbacks like her
a great deal.
