一个人在galleria附近工作，有2年级小孩儿一枚。在哪里买房合适？
预算高低都可以，但是不想买太大的房子(<3000sqrt)，嫌收拾麻烦。sfh或是condo都
可以。最好上班方便，学校好，房子不太大就可以，当然越新越好。 |

乎房价低点，且学校更好些。 但是2000sft的房子也要400k朝上。我觉得这个价位在
sugar land clements HS 附近可以买一个蛮好的房子。 他们上班还算manageable. 你
觉得如何？
