Peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of
America and create its own NEW government.
The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal
government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens
of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the
TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is
the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas
to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it's citizens'
standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance
with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no
longer being reflected by the federal government. |

即便是现在，美国石油进口量只占总用量的20％。今年上半年美国一度成为石油净出口
国。德州独立后，那些乱七八糟的环保政策就不管用了，德州light tight oil啊，
shale gas啊，还有墨西哥湾的海底石油，就可以大大开采了。

you could not influence OPEC/Russia oil price anymore.
they could easily lower the price (like in 80s) and force all the others
bankrupt. How can one texas compete with Russian/Saudi, doubt whether it can
compete with Mexico by itself, they will not let you drill in Mexico gulf

other states do not need to buy crude from texas at all. They could buy from
other places who sell cheaper. Do not expect everyone will increase the
price and get profits together.
