费100元。一直用的冷气维修师傅是个老中，说3500已经是很便宜了，说老美公司要多1000-2000是很正常的。说他以前在老美公司做过的，人家都很贵。
这周末楼上的blower可能又出问题了，有点想换掉的想法。由于行情不清楚，请大大点
拨一下，3500 一台新式A/C合理不，好像他提了是3 ton的。原来的Air Duct都应该能
用的。
另外，有好的师傅介绍吗?
我手头有5个币可以分给有帮助的回复（我不清楚怎么给法，要试试看才行，从来没搞过
这东东）

看是哪种高效的？满足最低的“高效”是SEER 13。对于3吨这种，牌子好的tran/
american standard $2400，烂牌子goodman $1800。如果SEER 16或更高，价格会高很
多，估计要用5年以上才能把差价找补回来。如果家里不是空调开的温度特低，不是全
天都在开空调，其实SEER 13这种入门级的高效空调就可以了。房子如果住不到5年就走
人，用goodman，住5年以上，用tran或相当的牌子。这个价钱是换全套（室内室外），
你的老机是用R-22冷媒，没道理只换室外压缩机不换室内蒸发器。现在新机都是用R-
410a。
另一个折腾的方法，是买$500/年的home warranty，小毛病花$100-300修，等彻底坏了

这个$1300，Amazon的卖家还要赚钱。修空调的一般能拿到更好的折扣，安装费$500+也

products are better than US made. I do not trust those brands, I believe
most of them are OEM stuff.
My suggestion is that choose the cheaper one, and replace again when it is
down. Alway enjoy new AC. New Goodman is better than 10yr old Carrier, much
better. AC is not hi-tech stuff.

necessary. Also, remember the condition with the lifetime warranty is tight
with the original owner. So if you see yourself selling the house in the
next 10 years then there's no point of having that.
So I assume you went for Jack Zhang then? Say the AC unit cost around 1300
and he hires 2 guys to help. He is still making very good money on this.

总结一下，如果是A/C replacement，就是你已经有一套AC现在要换新的，原有的管道
不用换的情况下，一般的牌子如Goodman 3 ton SEER 13 是3000 - 3500刀 （全包),
原来跑R22的铜管要flush一下再利用。加Air Handler 和 furnace的话要各多500刀左
右。总结下来的话，安装一套AC的安装费是1500-2000。你可以自己在网上看需要的机
子的报价Amazon就有很多，然后加1500，就是一个很好的标准。
中国人的公司收费通常都便宜一点。现在的新机通常是包10年的Parts，Labor的话要看
帮你安装的Contractor，包通常2年的Labor。好的牌子有压缩机包life time的，但是
要注意是有条件的，通常是要original owner，就是说你还own那个房子的话你就有效
，所以如果有计划10年内卖房的话，Lifetime wanrranty 没有很大的意义。 |
