since lots available are apparently limited.

Bellaire: Bellaire High
Above are very nice area.
2.suburban, house price is so so good, but increase is slow since lots
available are almost unlimited with some except:
Sugarland: Clements high,Austin
Katy:Cinco Ranch, Seven Lake,
