发帖数: 1030 | 3 1) Ask your friend to translate the Marriage Certificate
2) Put a claim saying the translator is competent to translate Chinese to
English
3) Ask the translator to sign before a Notary Public. This can be done in
most bank branch. the notarization is free if the translator has acct with
the bank.
