是是不是就是房契？ 必须要有吗？
上面写着：
This service to obtain a copy of your property profile and grant deed or
other record of title is not associated with any governmental agency. You
can obtain a copy of your grant deed or other record of title from the
county recorder in the county where your property is located in.
说这个和政府出具的文件不一样。 但是为什么又说可以从local county去拿deed呢？
搞不明白。 高人指点一下。 到底要不要付这个83刀 |
