Plano TX - 62-year-old cyclist from China killed in accident at busy
intersection.
Plano Police report that 62-year-old Shengqi Wang, who was in town this
summer to visit family, was killed when a pickup ran into him.
Police are reporting Tuesday that the accident happened at Spring Creek
Parkway and Alma Drive around 4:45 p.m. Friday.
Plano Police reported that the truck was going south from Legacy on Alma,
then turned left on to Spring Creek. The cyclist, who was from China, was
hit in the intersection. He had major head injuries from the collision and
was taken to the hospital.
