I am a 30 year old Chinese male PhD graduate from UH major in science. I
recently started working at a company close to Three Fountains apartment (
2313 Fountain View Dr, 77057), so I am looking for roommate to rent a
apartment with me around this area. It is OK if the distance is within 10
minutes driving from the office.
I am a workaholic and would like to study or work most of the time. So I do
have some requirements. I prefer somebody to be quiet so I can study, so no
TV should be in the apartment; when you watch movie or listen to the music,
you must wear an earphone; I cook about three to four times a week, every
time you cook, you must make the kitchen clean. During the workday, I have
to sleep before 10:30 PM because I work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so it is
very important you should be quiet after 10:30 PM.
I am hoping to find a 2b1b apartment to share, the maximum rent for each
people should not exceed 600 dollars.
