可是这时候还远远没到。

依然还是2万。 总结原因，老中踊跃帮忙，
但是英文没有仔细翻译，老美没有共鸣。
大家不要泄气，再接再厉。

我们得帮忙。

A： 针对老中老美对ICC的不满：

like Infosys, Tata CS, Cognizant,Accenture,HCL,etc. These huge companies
are often 90% monoculture, discriminating against American IT workers.
Moreover, these companies monopolize and abuse the H1b visa program to the
detriment of American and nonAmerican IT workers, and American IT startups.
We ask the Whitehouse to respond by banning these discriminators and abusers
of H1b visa program from all Federal/State/Local contracts and void their
H1b visas that they gained through visa fraud and discrimination against
Americans.

companies outsourcing IT to international outsourcers. The practice of
laying off American IT workers to outsource their IT is also linked to giant
data breaches hitting JPM Chase, Anthem, Target, Homedepot, Ebay and Sony,
Healthcare.gov exposing hundreds of millions of Americans' data to
international hackers.
We ask the Whitehouse to respond by investigating and regulating data
security for all American companies that outsource their IT department
internationally. We also ask the US government to stop awarding
government contracts to all companies that outsource their IT departments
internationally, or to disproportionate H1b slave labor from a single
national
origin.
