time, he bet flop smallish with set, bet and call raise 2X pot size turn on
a flush board with sets and check quad river and i checked behind with my
flush.
This time. miniraise me pre-flop 3X to 5X. check after flop behind. call my
pot turn and re-raise my pot all in river. What do you think he has? In my
head, it was screaming AAAAAAAAA.... | W********m

I post this because I want to point out a type of player in rush NL 25--The
Anti-ABC poker player, A.K.A clueless fish.
Look at what this guy has done:
1)bet small with set with a flush draw possible flop,
2)call 2X pot big raise on turn with sets when flush is made,
3)check river with nuts
4)reraise preflop with suited connector (arguable but definitely not working
for someone who can't even play ABC poker)
5)call | y********n

even you have 2 pair, still may fold.

the same. (I do this sometimes at river even though i got shoved over sometimes.) If i don't call 14$ i won't call 9$ either. Anyone can watch some
poker on TV and make a brave bluff with air and think it is an advanced play.
Without a read, it is just donk spewing the pot.

you.
However, if you have some marginal stuff like ace 10, ace 9, or weak 2 pair,
you thin value bet on the river, you will fold to his reraise.
In this case, he turns his pair into a bluff, it is an advance play. Suppose
you have ace 8 instead of JJ, in that spot, what will you do(he may have jjj, aaa)?

His bluff probably would work most of the time on you if you just have Ace
and 10, Q, K kicker, even jack. | W********m

at least AJ. If i was bluffing. 9$ raise is even better. I have no way to
call that. All in bluff is just a desperate move from his part. I have been
shoved over more than often when I raise river after 2 pot size bets from
them. (I do a lot of crazy stuff to find out what works on each level. :D i do not reraise anything more than necessary and they either shove me over or fold.) but much more successful when they bet

made. The first hand in http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/TexasHoldem/31181923.html is a much tougher call for me river. I smelt some donkish play on that hand too. I really want to focus on his play here. So everyone knows there are this
type of player out there on NL 25. ^_^ And don't make the same mistake like "i have nuts so i check rive"...

TPTK then you are unlikely to be bluffed. I have had a few hands, the guy
bets 2 street half pot and 1/3 pot river with A high flop. He probably have
an A with decent kicker, i raised him to pot river with a busted draws and
he was screwed, tanked and folded. Is his hand still good here? most likely
not. But if he checked turn and controlled pot size then it will be much
easier call for him due to the size of the pot un
