in the old days, you could email them and get ready for a few battles before
they gave up and gave it to you for existing accounts.
but nowadays, i heard it's extremely hard.
unless you tell them to close your existing one and re-open a new one, even
this is not guaranteed to work.

as a small fish, i've generated about $9K in rakeback for them this year, i
believe they made a "great" decision back then, otherwise i'd never play so
much cash game.
