1)odds还是最基本的，flop上2 cards coming，和turn上只剩一半，情况大不相同。
str8 draw, flush draw, combo draw也不能一概而言，比如str8 draw on a flush
draw board就比较难受，hit了也未必能赢。另一方面，flush draw往往比str8 draw要
显眼，面上3张一色的，很多人都会比较谨慎，所以你hit了可能也不会赢多少；
2)位置很重要很重要很重要，out of position很难受，如果被人看穿，也是1的情况，
不hit花了很多冤枉钱，hit了赢小钱。这种情况下主动bet或者有控制的check raise，
表面上看似多花了一点，总的说来可能还是节省了(比起被动call的话)，而且hit了有
可能让对手pay off。
没有位置最大的问题在于，preflop一般你不会太强，比如拿着TJs，89o这样的牌，你
往往可能是limp，而如果别人raise，你call，flop出来，你有draws，你check call，
容易让别人看穿。
3)range，小draw和大draw威力差很多，TPTK只是你猜测对方的一种可能，而对方也完
全可能是bigger draws或者set，所以最后draw到了也要多分析，而不是认为一定能赢
，所以很多baby flush draw其实不值得做，被dominated，counterfeit，或者paired
board给整死也很常见；
4)draw之外还有没有其他outs，比如AQs，别人即使是AJ，在JsTs2h这样的board上，你
还有一些其他的outs。

for tournament, depends on opponent and stage of tourney, in early
stage when everyone is deep, I tend to call with big implied odds.
in late stage when stack-pot ratio is small, check-raise cbet all in as
semi-bluff is fine.

odds. If pot on turn after pot on flop, better fold.
Lead out at out-of-position is much better. If pot is small, overbet. The
