100 FTP points(形同虚设)的都可以申请。
****** 俺最近非常之忙，所以可能不能及时的给大家申请周赛，常玩的同学可以自己
申请自己喜欢的比赛。
buy-in, starting chips, speed, game，什么都可以自选，非常灵活，看见有$24+2的
buy-in级别，想烧tickets的同志完全可以自己申请一个，大家最后结算。
其他几个更新也非常好，包括points换ring game ticket等等，适合不爱打比赛的同学。

expire on you. If you're a BC player, the value is much better there. If you
're willing to play in a tournament, even a $26 super turbo matrix, the
value is much better there. So who does this appeal to? Regular players who
can't make black card and who will under no circumstances play a tournament,
even if the value is better?
