l*****g 发帖数: 1128 | 1 Last night in local casino. I limped UTG with J 10o. BTN limped also. He was
a young black guy who sat down 15 minutes ago. BB checked. I had both of
them covered. Flop Jd 10d 7h. Checked around. Turn was a 10h. BB checked,
and I bet 15$. Black guy and BB both called. River was a 3c. BB checked. I
thought for a minute and then checked (figuring they both missed, so better
just let the black guy bluff). Black guy immediately bet for 30$. BB folded.
I smiled at the black guy and said," you're bluffing." Then I raised to 65$
to make him thinking I was bluffing him. He had around 70-80$ left. The
black guy then took for a LONG time and then finally called. I showed my full
house and he mucked. I said," I knew you were bluffing." He didn't say
anything at that time. After a few rounds, he said to me that he had full
house also. He said he had pocket sevens. I was very surprised, and I asked
him why he took that long to call a 35 dollar raise with a full house. He
said he knew I had a better full house and he was thinking about folding. I
really believed him at that time. I kept saying what a good call from him on
the river, and I would've shoved with his hand or at least snap called, and
blah blah. However, after I came home and reviewed this hand again, I just
don't believe he had the full house. No way he would took that long to just
call a 35$ raise. Also, my line didn't look like a full house at all.
Checked on the flop, bet 15 on the turn, then checked river again. How could
he even put me on a higher full house? The other thing is that when I
checked on the river, he instantly bet for 30$, to me that's usually a bluff
. When he took that long to call me, I put him on ace high. He called me
because he thought I knew he was bluffing but I didn't have anything either
so I had to bluff him to take the pot. That's just my thoughts. What do you
guys think? Do you think he was lying to me or he did have a full house?
side note: He bought in for 100$, and lost it. Then bought in for another
100$ and lost again. He then left. His image was loose passive. Not a
competent player from my observation. | H****r 发帖数: 2801 | 2 Unless there's already a card show-down I dont usually believe 100% what
ppls say about their hands. Sometime if I got really curious like the hand
mentioned I might ask for a showdown.
Played some home game during the weekend and got AA cracked and 3 barrel
bluff called. Feel like I need to learn poker all over again...

| l*****g 发帖数: 1128 | 3 My first three barrel bluff got called last night also, but I don't feel bad
. I still think it was a good bluff, and I don't understand how he called
that. There was no draw on the board. I bet 18 on the flop, 45 on the turn,
and 100 on the river, and that guy still called! What the heck! I usually
shut down on the river, but I made my last try and fired another barrel. The
guy took a long time but still called with his top pair. Although I lost
163 on that hand, I got paid off later when I had my straight and the other
guy didn't believe me at all.The pot was almost 800$. So sometimes a failed bluff is not that bad.

| f*****g 发帖数: 15860 | 6 on this board, NOBODY at low stake would fold a flopped set and turned boat
here, 99% would re-shove that short stack (1% is just for the sake of being
"objective").
he just got a weak hand (something like J9o etc.) and thought he'd take it
down here. he didn't see you could check raise river at all, now he had to
donate more $$ because of crying odds.
he'd shove even he only got a str8.

| l*****g 发帖数: 1128 | 7 What you said really makes sense. No way he would've taken that long to
think about calling a miniraise. He said he was taking that long to think
about folding not raising. I brought this up because I really believed him
at time, and I kept saying," Oh my god, how could you just call on the river
? What a great call!" He made me think that I might miss some value for my
higher full house. However, when he said he had full house also, nobody on
the table said anything at all. I guess nobody believed him at all so they
didn't even bother to ask or comment.

的狂喜,两条街都不说话的,都已经是奇人,更别提river这样表演的,那是神!
