the normal poker but not some kind of maniac floating around.
No big pairs for him apparently due to the check preflop. Big pair should
have squeezed to narrow down the field. Other than that, he is capable of
holding any two cards. Connectors, suited cards, suited connector, low pair
is still possible but not so likely, coz you may want to play your pair
short handed but not family pot.
I got reraised at the flop, what will make me behind? For QQ, 99, 88 I am
way behind (2 outer or drawing dead), it is not likely but possible. For JT
I am way behind (4 outer), very possible. For Q9 I am way behind (2 outer),
very possible.
What will make BB a dog? For, AA, KK, 77 or lower, he would not check
preflop, not so possible. For 98, he would handle low two pair with
extremely caution, so resaising is not reasonable for 98, it is not so
possible. Open-ender like 76? Think about pot odds, it's not so possible.
All in all, I will be way behind for those very possible cards he would hold
. I will be ahead for those not so possible ones. It is a snap fold. | D********i

which looks a little too big. surely he's ready to play for stack here.
it cost my friend a whole night to wonder, hehe, i asked him what hands he'd
do the same if he's BB.

way if he really had a monster hand.
I will call if I had around $100 chip, or fold if my stake is deep.

If bb is a good player, mp's bet size might be read by bb as a sign of
weakness. If so, i suspect there is a large chance mp got bluffed.

quite get why he bets $20 here, he's a normal player who doesn't think much
about sizing or intend to confuse ppl with a big hand.
then this $100 is interesting too.
my buddy lays his hand down against this new player and guess it'll be a
puzzle forever.

if i had Q8, I would 50% shove too. I put him on either Q9 or 98 hand. Other
hands have small possibility to me. |
