each state (those will offer online gambling soon) will set up its own
barrier (license, profit sharing, taxes, etc.) to protect those deep
political pockets like CZR, MGM, etc.
unless a federal level law is passed soon, these players will gain big and
grow fast in the next few years. by then, znga will run out of $$$ and be
without any competitive advantages. the user base of XXX millions is of no
use.
