lab I am
working in now has annual budget of 3 million dollars (5 NIH grants awarded,
several other
pending including Bill Gates foundation's), still we are kind of be careful to
boast that our lab is a top 5 US lab in our area, though top 10 is definitely.
But if Mr. Yang has had two grants, was he just listed as participants or as
PI, co-PI? That will be a huge difference.
Because even a technician/graduate student | s*******y

we don't know wether we are in top 100 in our field yet. ;)
