发帖数: 15232 | 2 if your visa has expired, you should NEVER surrender I94 when you board the
ship (they usually don't take it) because you need it for re entering US
under visa auto revalidation.
when you arrive in the U.S., they might replace your I94 with a new one,
although not very often. in this case it is ok to surrender the old one as
long as they are giving you a new one
