发帖数: 9352 | 1 今天去申请尼加拉瓜签证遇到点麻烦，LA领事馆说中国护照必须送回尼国移民局审批。
需要耗时超过两个月，我已经定好了月底的机票。中国护照属于TYPE C VISA, 按规定
是需要送回移民局，但他们的外交部网页上列出包括中国在内的40个TYPE C国家名后，
有下面一段话补充说明，是不是意思是只要有绿卡应该不需要送回国内？
A las nacionalidades comprendidas en el anterior listado se les omitira el
proceso de consulta de Visa ante la Direccion General de Migracion y
Extranjeria de la Republica de Nicaragua, cuando ellos posean en su
pasaporte Residencia de Los Estados Unidos de America, Inglaterra o Canada.
En estos casos el Consulado emitira la Visa sin may | E*n
