to get the visa the second time. so remember to bring all documents!
1. Valid passport
2. copy of I94 (both front and back)
3. Copy of all I797 or I20 (to prove your US status since your last I97)
4. 3month of bank statements with balance > 500$ (yes, 3!)
5. 3month of paystub or credit card statements
6. one 2x2 visa photo
7. 2-page application form (they will give it to you)
8. $36 paid in cash.
Visa office is on 3rd floor, two ladies, no lines at all. You should be able
to get the visa the same day. Location is 27 E 39th street, between park
and
