提问：请大家列一下: which islands need Visa (local) to enter into and USA
Visa to return to the United States or NOT?
弱问：I heard that US Virgin Islands or puerto rico don't require VISA b/c
of the automatic revalidation, but can anyone show me the official websites
to prove that? I did see Canada and Mexico or any Adjacent Islands.

I think i heard that visiting American Samoa requires USA visa to return,
but American Samoa is one of US territories. can anyone exlain that?
Thats why we need the detailed info about Visa issue to see which particular
islands in the US need visa ?

A2. 波多黎各是美国的领地，和美属维珍群岛一样，出入境由美国政府管辖。所以来往
于美国大陆之间的航班是国内航班，不存在出入境和签证的事宜。但由于属于边境地区
，务必携带自己的护照、绿卡和其他合法居留文件（I94/I20/I797等）以备移民局检查
。
回美国本土时，在波多黎各机场会流动抽查，在美属维珍机场会有专门柜台例行检

enter Saipan without US visa...

CNMI 都是分别列的，需不需要签证都可以得到答案。
