problem re-entering USA?

路过，还是开到墨西哥进关去玩然后再回美。

of the cruise. So does that mean my parents can't even get on the boat?

ERVISOR打电话给CBP。可以把置顶的CODE打印出来带手上，但让不能保证CRUISE AGENT
会听你的。
