免费的，寄到DC大使馆。具体要求看使馆网站。大概得一个月时间。快的话不知道能快

third country within 72 hours of arrival
5. and/or
correct documentation for entry to that third country.
关于第3点和第4点，在网上订票后，是否把收到的电子机票的确认邮件"eTicket
Itinerary and Receipt"（含eTicket Number）寄过去就好？
