Obama plans election victory party as police steel themselves for riots if
McCain wins vote

Barack Obama is already planning a £1.5million election victory party -
while police prepare for the possibility of riots across America if the
White House vote goes against him.
With most polls predicting Mr Obama will make history by becoming America's
first black president on November 4, a giant stage is being built in a
lakefront park
