各种规章法律，各种道德准则，总有发生冲突产生矛盾的地方。这个时候，总有个
轻重缓急，有个优先权的问题。比如，法律之中，宪法最大，其他法律是不能违宪
的。再举个简单的例子。按道理说不能欺负小孩子，不能对未成年人使用暴力。但
有一天，你碰到一个17岁的少年正在强奸一个13岁的少女，你会不会去阻止，应不
应该使用必要的暴力中止那个17岁的少年犯罪？难道在这种情况下，你打了那个少
年，反而要受到欺负小孩的指责么？
同样的，在这个acorn case中，acorn 明显的教唆辅助犯罪，而且是最卑劣最肮脏
的犯罪，给他们曝光那是替天行道，大快人心之事，有净化社会减少犯罪之功，又
何过之有呢？
