healthcare will not cover breast check for people under 50 anymore, and
hence all the private healthcare can do the same thing too, by pointing to
the government guideline.
It is all the extension prelude of death panel on government run healthcare.
This is sth you should have been able to understand.

当然语气比“NOT RECOMMANDED"是严重了些。是持反对的立场。这里这么说是因为之前
是RECOMMANDED的。 你是英文差还是中文差啊？
之所以在这里用上recommanded against 是因为有研究报告说明有很多妇女在自捡的时
候因为自身不是专业人员，二来自检对于早期肿瘤是无法有效摸到的，所以很多乳癌患
者反而因为自检的误区而错过了对早期肿瘤的诊断。所以，现在要着重强调不要自检，
以防止因为自检而错过诊断时机。再怎么说这些RECOMMANDATION都是政府为了人民的健
康而发出的公益建议。怎么能说成是GOVERNMENT CONTROL呢？你是不是脑子有问题。照
