There are two groups. One group do no work and pay no money into the system.
They get their heath care from emergency room. The other group work and do
not want to pay insurance when they are young and becomes parasites to leach
us when they become older. I want both group to contribute. The current
bill will force the second group to pay their bill and do nothing for the
first group. It is a progress than do nothing to both groups in current
situation.
I agree both groups are

until they can make sure everyone who can give(work) will give(work), then
we start to talk about whoever wants to get can get.
