Chris Dodd (D-Conn) explained, "passage of such a requirement would restrict
home ownership to only those who can afford it."

自己交20%，或者borrower问银行借2nd lien，然后买mortgage insurance。现在
mortgage insurance都倒了，银行也不作2ndlien生意了，买房的基本都要付25%到40%
的downpayment。这种5%的条款对fha/va还有效果，对两房就是胡jb扯。
就好比说你和你犹太老公结婚时已经签了每天下体要洗干净的约定，现在你劳工又要叫
你保证每天py都要洗干净，除非你不会作算数20>5，或者你觉得py不算下体的一部分，
否则你就是被犹太猪的jb桶到脑子里了

In other words 57 crooks want to lure the poor people into mortgages they
cannot afford, and yet the very same guys were the ones screaming for a
government-regulated "consumer-protection" program.
If anything we need to protect consumers from these 57 guys.
