if you "donate" 500M, you actually donate these 500M to your foundation, by
using which you can reimburse 衣食住行汽车办公用品etc,你可以安排儿女做慈善会
总裁，年薪100万，你可以捐给自己亲人朋友的公司研究所，而不是穷人。you still
have control to these 500M, as long as you 捐出去 5% of 500M every year,
which is the minimum requested amount by law.

skills that others are willing to buy.
You are poor because no one is willing to pay you more for your labor.
Don't blame others for your problems.
Stealing more from then productive people will not solve the problems of the
poor. Stop rewarding laziness low
productivity is the solution.

DONATION是exclusion,不是TAX CREDIT，没有donate的收入是照样要交税的，即使能影
响税率，但是对于亿万富翁这一层级来说，税率也应该是不影响的。
至于说DONATION到某个基金，然后通过控制基金来变相逃税，LZ结合COST/BENEFIT给具
体说说？
倒是觉得把钱给政府是浪费，还不如自己动手给社会反馈，想帮什么地方就帮什么地方
，还可以提具体的要求，这个想法不错。就像希望工程一下，与其把钱给政府的希望工
程（虽然名义上民间的），与其不如自己动手给具体的贫穷学生。 我也这么想，如果
我有钱的话：）哈哈！ |

You pay 28% marginal. The rich pays 35% marginal, soon to be 39%. That is
fair in your book? Some one deserve
to be punished to give more money to wasteful government because they are
more successful than you?

i am just saying that, when blue collar people are paying 28%, it doesn't
make sense for super wealthy to pay only 15% on dividends and 0% on capital
gains income.
i'm very much for smaller government and lower tax for everyone.

from capital which is also from taxed income. People should be punished

could have spent? People should be punished because they have put what they
could have spent into factories and
machines so the blue collar labor can have a job? Why can't the non-saving
spenders appreciate the people who
made the jobs available? If it were not for the savers, the human sociaty
would not have had the economic progress
