toilet,’ says Democratic lawmaker
One of the Democrats' fieriest voices on Capitol Hill accused the
Republicans of turning Congress into a "clogged toilet."
...“What we will be doing is ignoring the people’s business of
creating jobs and frankly putting ourselves in the role of a clogged toilet,
” said Lee. “That means we are doing nothing. We are stuffed up.”
For 2 years now, Democrats have been transporting turds through the toilet
of Congress to be thrown onto the American people against their will. Since
Obama is still in office, the best we could have hoped for last November was
to take at least one of the Houses of Congress and stop the Obama agenda in
its tracks. Democrats have turned Congress into the toilet. And Republicans
were elected to plug it up until 2012. Might as well label November 2012
the plunger election. | x**l
