联合提出挽救medicare的方案。谁恨medicare

As for how Reagan hated Medicare, it's in the archives- (from wiki)

画饼充饥强百倍。其次voucher是Ryan最
初提出的方案,不是Ryan-Wyden方案。
第三,人茶党Ryan至少在做事,不是光耍嘴
皮子。
这种福利要么不开始,开始了就要以负责任
的态度来寻求解决办法,而不是只管自己的
选票,把问题留给子孙后代。这一点Ryan,
现在的茶党,以及先总统里根是一致的。
奥巴马走的则是约翰逊,卡特的路子。
