I guess this will work out really well for "middle class":-(
Not only housing market will crash, also stock. If the "middle class" still
had any money left for investing, they will need to take them out to pay
down the mortgage.

我早就说过，romney想给millionaire减税，但是要扩大税基，当然就会在deduction上
面找办法，对中产来说，home mortgage， property tax，local and state tax
deduction是大头，如果自己税率不是在long term investment 收入的15%上面，大多
数买房老中会在romney税收政策下面亏。
