得益了， 但是整个世界买单。 然后他们还too big to fail,政府还要用纳税人的钱

银行已经基本上还清了政府的bail out money。 政府能做的就是加强regulation了。

house. Wall street are just responding to regulation to maximize their
profit. So it is not Wall Street to blame. It is the stupid government
policy. And because of the extreme importance of financial sector, bail out
is necessary because otherwise you can be fired immediately.

reason no.2 is not political, stop confusing people, it's more from the
banks, feds. if you say this is demacrats idea to "make everyone afford a
house" , that's a lie.
and it happened in Bush era.
I would love to hear who made this stupid policy to let people put less than
5% down with pooor credit to buy house.
