minimum of my W2. But it's going to lose my K1 state income tax forever,

I've seen a lot people start doing this. It's just insane of the government.
I can't believe they passed prop 30 only to tax the top 3%. It's
discrimination of hard work!
Very interested to see next year (2013), the income tax revenue of
California increased or decreased.
Of course, if it's decreased, the liberals in California will blame the bad
economy, instead of blaming hard working people leaving.

I might still maintain an address in OC as my "vocation home". Even I might
be "on vocation" most of the time. I am paying my state income tax due on my
W2 anyway.
i.e., I am a normal middle class guy in CA. But most of the dividend,
capital gain will go to Nevada.
Still working the detail with my CPA.
If I feel I am treated fairly, I don't mind to pay a little extra to buy the
privilege to live in CA. But when I feel it's unfair, I am forced to find a
way to avoid tax.

了，新生婴儿近一半的非法移民的孩子，妈的，搞了半天我在帮他们养孩子。看着中产
日子过的惨，邻居之间的距离就一米，混混们坐个公交车就到中产区甚至富人区，骗子
多，中产住的7，80万的房子周围治安都不好。看新闻说居然华裔小孩上大学不能适应
周围80，90%白人的环境，自卑起来。天天堵车，是不是担心地震，出了餐馆还真没什
么可以想念。离开加州的时候一点都不犹豫。一直都住白人区，非常安全。也没觉得过
什么歧视，偶尔和人有矛盾也没想到过种族歧视，相反我一般都是骂回去，或者要求对
方道歉，难以想象小孩子会自卑。轻轻松松达贫困线，和邻居隔几十米，更看不见有混
混在家门口晃。晚上12点钟只要不是黑人区都还比较安全。加州还真没什么可留恋的，
离开加州就成了支持共和党了

实际上primary address并不是很影响生活。 如果小孩还没开始上学或者上私立。听一
些人说只要tax documents和一些重要信件设置寄到primary address就可以了。 其他
的日常生活和普通信件要么paperless要么可以secondary address or business
address. 尤其在外地如果有个亲戚或者地产租房agent帮忙打理一些信件和bill之类的。
毕竟网络时代， 也不需要都亲身去亲力亲为。

题了，
早干嘛去了，早就该把地址搬去没有state tax的州去了。
现在大把的纽约的人把地址搬走了。不奉陪了，谁爱交谁交。

an address of CA.
However, I need to talk to my lawyer/CPA about this. Not sure if it's
possible. Don't want to get into any trouble with IRS.
I probably will continue to pay a couple thousands dollars to CA state
franchise board, just to buy the privilege to enjoy the weather. Besides, It
's my definition of fair share. Not the outrageous amount demanded by the CA
state government.

They need tax money badly to pay for entitlement, homosexual education fee,
