芝加哥小老黑枪掉地上那个新闻，说明所谓的magnificent mile的密歇根大街，小老黑
也带枪在寻找猎物，芝加哥禁枪法律对小老黑是没有约束力的。
说明ccw的必要性。
当然很多老中是宁可被抢被奸被杀也不肯拥枪的，自己不想拥枪，所以拼命呐喊禁枪，
管他好人坏人，少一只枪他觉得总是多一分安全。 | p*********w

民众的，反而是毒贩罪犯很自觉地拥枪和换手机，他们本来就是不吊政府的人！
