不懂请不要误导别人。华人和大部分亚裔在美国2008年以前从不享受工作上的AA，原因
是不属于“under-represented minority". 工作AA是由Executive Order 11246 规定
。EO 11246 requires equal employment opportunity and prohibits
discrimination. Prior to 2008, it has already been enforced for all
minorities EXCEPT Asian Americans. As a result, Asian American has far less
chance of rising to management compared to blacks, Hispanics and women,
hence the so called glass ceiling. 美国亚裔的现状就是这么悲催，干上去的华人
／亚裔大部分都得付出120%的努力。现在居然有人说华人工作上靠AA上位，真是无语。
BTW，Obama signed written commitment to enforce EO 11246 for all Asian
Americans in 2008, but only limited action has been taken to help Asian
Americans to break the glass ceiling. |
