Harry Reid’s office says the arrest of his brother is a private matter. Um,
no, it’s not.
A spokesperson for the senator says police arrested Larry Reid late
Monday night/early Tuesday morning.
8 News NOW received a tip that Nevada Highway Patrol arrested a family
member of the senator for DUI and Resisting Arrest, but the senator’s
office did not confirm why Larry Reid was arrested.
Senator Reid’s office stated, “Larry Reid is Senator Reid’s brother,
and this is a private matter.”
Via the Free Beacon:
Reid has been arrested for drunk driving, battery of a police officer,
and possession of a gun while under the influence.
The 73-year-old was arrested near Boulder City, Nev.
Can’t wait for the decrepit Harry Reid to call for gun control over drunken
