奥巴马政府现在允许下列已经身在美国的人员(包括DACA等)直接给在三个国家的子女申
请难民身份, 并把难民孩子带来美国:
The qualifying parent may be any individual who is at least 18 years old and
lawfully present in the United States in one of the following categories:
Permanent Resident Status, or
Temporary Protected Status, or
Parolee, or
Deferred Action
Deferred Enforced Departure, or
Withholding of Removal
