the difference between immigrants and migrants. The same reason they hate

a person who goes from one place to another especially to find work.
immigrant
a person who comes to a country to take up permanent residence.
refugee
someone who has been forced to leave a country because of war or for
religious or political reasons.
如果Refugee变成migrant，我想他们还可以接受；变成immigrant，就会有很多人不满
意了。就象老中办政庇，政庇批准了，就有工卡，可以在美国工作、学习、生活，如果
不申请绿卡，政庇条件不满足了，比如大陆取消计划生育政策，就必须得回国。
反移民团体很清楚地反对immigrant，immigrant占用社会福利，抢了美国人的工作。
