怨H1b被美国领事馆无端check好几个月然后拒签的。Trump这样会扩大打击面，殃及池

得模棱两可，没有严格法律定义。比如某中国家长在国内是老工人，走family-based移

面试几个老美，其实是假面试，然后以很诡异但是没法辩解的理由拒掉，然后才能说在
美国实在招不到合适的了，才能给申请perm。
我不知道Trump的团队是不太懂这些还是不想改合法移民所以就摆点实事顺带给美国百
姓科普一下。楼主不懂这个真的很让我惊讶。弱问楼主是ABC吗？
目前合法移民最大的阻力来自工会，但是它们也不敢动工作签证和绿卡，顶多拿OPT说
说事。民主党其实也不想动合法移民，但是有时工会压力太大所以显得很欺压我们。我
也理解，所以如果有一天民主党不再代表工会的利益了我可能能少恨一点民主党。
至于工会对于我个人来讲还是个很飘渺的东西。我认识的华人的行业里没听说哪个有工
会的。也许有但是从来没影响过他们的生活。对于高技术人才哪个党都不敢动。
最后再引用一下Trump的Twitter:"When foreigners attend our great colleges &
want to stay in the U.S., they should not be thrown out of our country." 虽
然这没有Romney说的“staple a green card to every foreign student's diploma”
这么给力，但是还是希望看看他能做出什么。

visas and the EB routes before family or asylums) before it gets to illegal
