Law firm Robbins Geller appointed by Judge Gonzalo Curiel to represent a
plaintiff in the Trump University class action suits has another connection
to Hillary Clinton beyond a $2700 campaign contribution from firm chairman
Darren Robbins. LawNewz did not mention the firm’s connection to the Trump
University case. The information was apparently retrieved from a Washington
Post data base with the Clinton financial filings on file. (The Post itself
has not reported on this connection.)
It seems that Robbins Geller “paid the Clintons nearly half a million
dollars in less than a year.” Why? Speeches of course.
That’s right. One of the law firms picked by the Judge in the Trump
University case — the very Judge Donald Trump accuses by name of anti-Trump
bias — awarded this firm the case after — say again after — Hillary and
Bill Clinton had been paid a cool $450,000 for two speeches by the firm.

付了$675,000给柯林顿夫妇。除此之外，还有给希拉里竞选捐钱。

& Dowd, the law firm behind the class action lawsuit, is not exactly
neutral either. Our analysis, using data first compiled by The Washington
Post, found that Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd paid the Clintons a total of $
675,000 in fees for speeches since 2009. Hillary Clinton gave a $225,000
speech at the law firm as recently as September 4, 2014. Bill Clinton also
gave a speech for the same fee back in 2013, and another one in 2009 before
the firm had been renamed (they used to be called Coughlin Stoia Geller
Rudman & Robbins LLP). In fact, of the five law firms that paid for the
Clintons to speak over the last few years, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd paid
out the most money.

I read the 44 page decision by Judge Curiel. I am a legal professional with
MANY years of federal court experience, both drafting pleadings and motions
and filing them with the courts - so I know 1) how to read opinions, 2) know
HOW to find what was submitted as evidence and 3) whether or not the Judge
was even anywhere close to being accurate in making his decisions. What is
lacking in 95 percent of articles that post links to "decisions" or "
opinions" are links to the actual evidence presented to the Court by
Plaintiffs and Defendants, along with the briefs and motions filed by BOTH
sides. There ARE ways to find the evidence in this matter - everything that
was filed. I want to get to the "evidence" to see if the judge's decision
seems fair. What many do not realize is this: ANY instance of EVEN the
appearance of impropriety on the part of Judge Curiel WARRANT RECUSAL or
removal from the case - period. Curiel IS an avowed member of "La Raza," a
militant attorney group that has been outwardly pro-illegal "immigrant" and
pro-Clinton. Additionally, Curiel appointed a huge law firm to represent the
Plaintiffs in the matter - a law firm with heavy financial ties to Hillary
Clinton AND The Clinton Foundation. THOSE 2 facts alone represent enough
conflict of interest to warrant either recusal or removal from the case. To-
date, nothing has been done. Whether Judge Curiel partially rules in favor
or against Trump means nothing with respect to the open and proven bias the
Judge could have against Trump. The VERY FACT he "could be biased" based on
the above facts, warrants recusal or removal - period. Donald Trump MAY have
defrauded people. The Judge MAY be correct in his overall assessment THUS
FAR. However, his open bias warrants recusal or removal. I am NOT defending
Trump. I want to arrive at the truth of the matter. I am NOT sure that given
the clear potential for bias whether this judge is doing anyone a service

La Raza Studies do not even try to sugar-coat its anti-America agenda and
its bloodthirsty plans to kill off Americans:
Raza Studies textbook “Occupied America,” by Rodolfo Acuña, includes
a violent and blood-curdling speech given by university professor Jose Angel
Gutierrez: “We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that
is, if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him,” (pg. 323).

SCHOOL BOARD NUT CASE Adelita Grijalva is the woman on the Arizona school
board pimping La Raza indoctrination programs in Tuscon schools. Adelita is
all up in arms about Raza Studies getting tossed via the AZ state
legislature's action...
....she is the daughter of Raul Grijalva (D-AZ-7) who was just narrowly re-
elected to our US Congress. Cong Raul Grijalva is one of Mexico’s most
productive and loyal Fifth Column in the US Congress....aiding and abetting
the latino criminal underworld, colluding to take back the SW, and looting
