职位提供与求职需求不一致
Great Connections Employment Services 是一家西人职业中介机构。在招聘会上，许
多华裔人士前来摊位谘询。了解到雇主提供职位与求职者要求有差异，蓝领职位机会多
，求职者大多数是高学历，希望求得专业职位。而求职者语言能力、专业背景与职位要
求往往不一致。
该公司华裔职员Jasicar表示，对于移民来说，最主要问题是语言。没有语言，连最基
本沟通都不能进行。如果职位高的，专业性强的，语言要求更高。
她还表示，许多新移民有很高专业背景，但是，大多数因为英文不够，很难找到专业工
作。只要愿意放下身价，改变观念，把职位要求降低，还是要机会找到工作的。因为加
拿大蓝领工作机会很多。
