I suspect Shimin Fang/Juhua Liu never report their real income in China and
committed illegal money tranfers to make this purchase.
I would like IRS to launch an investigation on Shimin Fang, according to his
statement during an interview regarding his property in San Marcos, he is a
real rich person and supposed to pay corresponding tax to US government.
