Hawaii must wait on the Supreme Court to rule on President Trump’s so-
called travel ban after losing a Friday appeal on an emergency motion to
narrow the scope of the ban.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco ruled it does not
have jurisdiction to clarify the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision regarding
the ban, Reuters reported.
The Supreme Court last month granted the Trump administration's request to
implement part of the travel ban meant to temporarily block people from six
predominantly Muslim countries from entering the United States.
