a claim of discrimination or is participating in an investigation for
discrimination. In the US, this "retaliation" is forbidden under civil
rights law.
GOOG, in the name of inclusiveness, is actually committing discrimination by
installing certain employment related programs that has restrictions on
race and gender- which is a direct violation of employment law. When the
employee complained, they got fired. Hence it's a wrongful termination.

所以，狗狗说什么是没用的。
举个例子：如果有人输血后被发现得了艾滋病，则除非输血一方能举证责任不在自己，
否则就得承担责任。
并不能以“为什么不是他刚好从其它途径得了艾滋病”来推卸这个责任。
（刑事责任是可以这么推卸的，民事责任不可以。）
